At Matiere Premiere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused item in its original box, ensuring the protective seal is intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
